How does home delivery work? We deliver to your home on a weekly basis. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery, but you will need to provide a milk box or cooler to protect your products!
Do I need to place an order every week? We deliver weekly on all of our routes, if you would like to set up a less frequent delivery, you can easily do this online or on our mobile app! You can also skip a delivery if needed or change your order each week!
Do you deliver to my area? We deliver along the Southern Maine coast from Portsmouth to Falmouth. To see if we deliver to your town, Click Here.

Is There a Delivery Fee? There is a $4 delivery fee for each order.
Is There a Minimum Order? There is no minimum order! If you need to change your order or skip a week, it's easy to do so with your online account or our mobile app!
What do I do With the Glass Bottles? We do not charge a bottle deposit for our home delivery customers. However, we do request that you leave your empty milk bottles and yogurt jars out for the driver each delivery day, WASHED with NO CAPS. Dirty bottles must be hand washed and may be subject to a $2.00 fee.
Do I Have to be Home? You do not have to be home when your order arrives. You will, however, need to supply a cooler or milk box for the driver to place your products in. We strongly recommend ice in your cooler during the summer months to keep your products fresh until you get home!
When do I Have to Order? You may order at any time until 12:00pm the day before your designated delivery day.
When Will my Order Arrive? Your order will arrive between early morning and early afternoon on your delivery day, depending on where you are on the route. If you will not be home, a cooler with ice works well to keep your order fresh until you get home!
How Do I Pay? We require a card payment, which will be billed automatically for each week's delivery. Simply enter your payment information at signup.
